American Tribal Style Dancers, in and around Claremont, CA, "Roses" is the student / intermediate troupe and the Blue Stars of Tanit (pronounded - 'Taneet') is the advanced or pro section of this dance collective. We perform for festivals, fund-raisers, workshops, seasonal events, schools, special occasions, etc. ROS stems from sacred dance traditions and more info can be obtained directly from Kristin, the artistic director. Kris has studied with Carolena Nericcio and others. She draws her influences from several elements and styles.
